A Heart-Centered Approach

This is one of the most profound stages of your animal’s life, and yours. You both deserve support, understanding, and someone who truly honors the depth of your bond.

I am here to walk beside you with a loving heart, guiding you through each step of this journey. To help you connect with your heart, your animal, and your own inner guidance, our sessions may include:

  • Compassionate Conversation: Gentle dialogue to help you quiet the noise in your head and process your feelings.
  • Deeply Intuitive Inquiry: Thoughtful questions to help you connect with your own inner wisdom and guidance.
  • Practical Planning: Support in evaluating quality of life and planning ahead whenever possible.
  • Grounding Practices: Sometimes guided meditation or breathwork to help you stay grounded and present.

Through this work, you can approach the end-of-life journey with more peace of mind and grace, rather than fear and confusion.

"Thank you so much for all your guidance and support.  As Annie has gotten older, I have been vigilant about supporting her ever changing needs and today's conversation really helped - affirming the ways I am doing well and providing insights into ways I can assist her further. This is tough stuff - the end of life distills what is really valuable and precious all the while knowing that it will end... Thank you so much for today."
